Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last good.

... If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional charges for special delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired.

You must use the carrier chosen by us for the return shipment and bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be shipped by parcel service (e.g., freight forwarding), the maximum return shipping cost is €50.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
