Shipping and Payment Terms Valoterna GmbH

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Valoterna GmbH ships worldwide. Delivery to parcel lockers is currently not possible.

2. Within the EEA and to Switzerland, Valoterna GmbH covers the shipping costs. For international deliveries outside these countries, shipping costs will be displayed during the order process or individually in advance.

3. Shipping is insured and handled by reliable logistics partners (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL Express). The insurance covers the full value of your order. Your shipment may be split into multiple packages.

4. Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes place within 1 to 3 business days after confirmed receipt of payment.

5. Delivery times are generally:

- Austria: 2 business days
- EU: 5 business days
- Non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA): 10 business days (depending on customs clearance)
6. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT, or other fees may apply, which are not the responsibility of Valoterna GmbH. These are to be borne by the recipient.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following secure payment methods are available in the Valoterna GmbH online shop:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe

- Instant bank transfer (Klarna) via Stripe

- EPS transfer (only for Austria) via Stripe

- PayPal via PayPal payment interface
- Advance payment by bank transfer

If you select advance payment, your order will be shipped after payment has been received. For all other
payment methods, your order will be processed after payment has been received.

Valoterna GmbH does not charge any additional fees or charges. Any fees or transaction charges from your payment provider are possible and are not the responsibility of Valoterna GmbH.
